COG HOLDINGS GLOBAL LTD (COG), a Company incorporated under the British Virgin Islands (BVI) Business Companies Act with registration, No. 2136054 whose registered office is at Aegis Chambers, 1st Floor, Ellen Skelton Building, 3076 Sir Francis Drake’s Highway, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands and these Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the COG Multi-Gaming platform (“COG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including participation in skill-based games, staking activities, and the COG ecosystem. By accessing COG, including any participation in its presale, gameplay, or developer services, you agree to these Terms.

COG is a decentralized, skill-based Web3 multi-gaming platform built on Hedera, Solan and XDC chain. It allows users to stake $COG tokens to participate in real-time competitive games.

$COG Token is a functional utility token designed exclusively for use within the COG multi-gaming platform. It does not represent voting rights, governance authority, equity ownership, or any form of decision-making power over the COG multi-gamin platform, protocol, operations, or treasury.

Ownership of $COG tokens grants no equity, voting rights, or governance participation. Tokens are intended solely for utility within COG’s multi-gaming ecosystem.

$COG Tokens may only be used, transferred, or exchanged as permitted within the COG ecosystem or as supported by authorized exchanges.

$COG tokens are distributed via structured allocation plans, which may include presale events, public sale, user rewards, ecosystem grants, or marketing initiatives.

By participating in any presale or allocation event, you agree to abide by applicable vesting schedules, unlock periods, and any restrictions as outlined on COG’s official website and documentation.

COG enables players to stake tokens and compete in skill-based games like Ludo, Rummy, Fruit Slash, Call Break and many more fun games. Participation requires skill, not chance — outcomes depend entirely on player decisions.

COG may introduce new features, games, or third-party integrations over time. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. COG is not liable for loss or theft of tokens resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet or device.

You acknowledge that acquiring or using $COG tokens involves inherent risks, including:

a. Market price volatility.
b. Regulatory uncertainty in your jurisdiction.
c. Technological risks associated with blockchain networks.

You should carefully assess these risks before acquiring or using $COG tokens.

COG and all services, tokens, and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, future value of tokens, or uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, COG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any events, including losses from price volatility, service interruptions, or security breaches.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of British Virgin Island, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
